This is a classic Apple piece of work
Sleek smart and highly practicle. It hits all the right buttons which is what Apple is famous for.
Superb screen
Slick gaming
Simple interface
4G capable in Australia
Improved front-facing camera
Quality app ecosystem
Apple's new iPad includes a stunning new screen
Matched by a quad-core graphic processor and the world's largest app and media store to feed it content. There's a proper 5-megapixel rear camera now
With 1080p recording quality. Optional 4G data from AT&
Astoundingly clear screen
Dual-channel 3G is faster than you realise
Compatible with quite a few of the iPad 2 cases
Much improved camera
The editors didn't like
It is not 4G and Apple with all their $97 Billion in the bank should have had a little respect for all the devotion that Australian consumers have given them in the past and gone out and delivered a 4G model that actually worked in Country. Samsung and HTC have taken the cost hit
Why not Apple.
Can overheat
Apps take up too much space
No expandable storage
Thicker than iPad 2
Only a minor upgrade over 3rd Gen
Lightning accessories are expensive
Gets warm with regular use
The new iPad is slightly heavier than last year's model
Apps and movies optimized for the screen might take up more space

Super high res Retina Display, 4G LTE and a real camera
No innovations here, just evolution
The new iPad is a lovely evolution of the world's favorite tablet. It has an absurdly high resolution display (your eyes might not be up to the task of fully appreciating it), much faster cellular data courtesy of LTE 4G and a camera that takes lovely...
Frankly, the Motorola DROID XYBOARD 10.1 is a respectable tablet within the Android sphere, even more when it packs additional goodies such as an IR blaster and stylus, but when it’s pitted against the newly available iPad, its cost is by far its kryp...
Stunningly gorgeous 2048x1536 Retina display, Quad-core graphics engine is really flipping fast, iOS is as slick as it ever was, Twice the amount of RAM (1GB) as before, Now supports 4G LTE (optional), Much improved iSight camera (5MP)
Still no microSD card slot, HDMI output, or USB ports, FaceTime camera stinks, Slightly thicker and heavier (nitpicking here)
By the numbers, the new iPad couldn't distance itself from other tablets in Web browsing benchmarks, usually scoring in the middle of the pack. But if you're pulling for Android, it's a moral victory at best. The browsing experience doesn't get much bette...
Retina Display is beautiful, 4G LTE almost as fast as WiFi, 1 GB of RAM, Decent camera
No expandable memory, Processor heats up
Apple has the lion's share of the world tablet market because it makes computers that offer the features that millions of people want without being weighed down with extraneous bells and whistles. The new iPad is a fine example of this. The previous mode...

Best screen on a tablet, Gorgeous design, Fantastic camera
4G won't work in the UK, 16GB storage will fill up very quickly
The new iPad is without doubt the best tablet Apple has produced. The screen is fantastic and far better than any screen currently being used on a tablet.Apple's iOS operating system is incredibly easy to use, but at this point it feels that it's lagging...
Abstract: It's no iPhone 5, but the Apple iPad 3 (which Apple is calling the new iPad) is an evolutionary bump from the iPad 2. Available now, it offers an Apple A5X processor with quad-core graphics, a 9.7-inch Retina Display with 2048x1536 pixels, a 5-megapixel i...
