Improved front-facing camera
Quality app ecosystem
Apple's new iPad includes a stunning new screen
Matched by a quad-core graphic processor and the world's largest app and media store to feed it content. There's a proper 5-megapixel rear camera now
With 1080p recording quality. Optional 4G data from AT&
Astoundingly clear screen
Dual-channel 3G is faster than you realise
Compatible with quite a few of the iPad 2 cases
Much improved camera
The editors didn't like
It is not 4G and Apple with all their $97 Billion in the bank should have had a little respect for all the devotion that Australian consumers have given them in the past and gone out and delivered a 4G model that actually worked in Country. Samsung and HTC have taken the cost hit
Why not Apple.
Can overheat
Apps take up too much space
No expandable storage
Thicker than iPad 2
Only a minor upgrade over 3rd Gen
Lightning accessories are expensive
Gets warm with regular use
The new iPad is slightly heavier than last year's model
Apps and movies optimized for the screen might take up more space

Abstract: I love Apple for a lot of the same reasons everyone else does: easy to use, reliable, compatible with all of my Apple devices, etc. For the last four years, Apple has dominated the smartphone and tablet industry, setting the bar higher than any other tabl...
The Apple iPad is the standard by which all other tablets are judged. The iPad 3 does nothing to change that. The iPad 2 was the best tablet you could buy, so it's little surprise that the iPad 3 has replaced it in that role. I can't say enough about the...

Abstract: Apple's third-generation iPad arrived with me a week ago, courtesy of Vodafone, and I've been using it alongside an iPad 2 since then. The latest iPad — notably not called the iPad 3 but the 'new iPad' — is currently available starting at £399 (inc. VAT) f...
The new iPad, albeit a bit predicable in terms of its changes over the iPad 2, is the best tablet on the market right now. Android tablets are broken: the app selection is abysmal and anything with Honeycomb is super laggy and frustrating to use; we'r...
Abstract: Finding the right words to describe Apple's new iPad is difficult. For one, it's hard not to tread over what's already been said about its predecessor. The device is fast, beautiful and still offers an experience unrivaled by any other tablet out there — ...

Gorgeous display, Improved camera, 4G option, Fits in most iPad 2 cases you may already have, Bluetooth 4.0 will use less power and be a lighter drain on the battery
Thicker and heavier, Runs a little warmer than the iPad 2
