The editors liked

  • The DJI Spark delivers a tiny
  • Lightweight design
  • Excellent mechanically stabilized camera
  • USB charging and advanced features like gesture controls and obstacle detection. It travels well and is great for aerial photos and video

The editors didn't like

  • Especially on smaller screens. And you should expect to buy batteries and possibly the optional controller

  • Portable, easy to fly, fun,
  • Mediocre video quality, shorter flight time
  • The DJI Spark is the most fun and most capable small drone we've tested. If you're new to drones and just want something that can take photos, some basic video, and is fun to fly, the Spark is perfect. The Mavic Air is comparably portable but much more ex...

  • The DJI Spark has received a lot of attention thanks to its diminutive size, but how does it stack up? In our review, we take a look at what it's like to fly this pint-sized drone, as well as what's in it for photographers. Between now and the end of the...

  • The DJI Spark is a great starter drone with a usable camera. It's fun to use and easy to fly. If you need 4K and DNG, don't even look at it, go for the Mavic Pro. If these aren't an issue, you'll love the Spark, but save yourself some pain and get the kit...
