  • Abstract:  Mark Beresford 8.0If you are anything like myself, you would have spent what is likely to be a large sum of cash over a period of time, whittling away in the arcade alleys of your childhood. More than likely you will have also come across the arcade c...

  • Team attacks are satisfying to pull off, Turtle banter is faithful to the series' style
  • Hard freezes are common, Camera flies around wildly, Difficult to know where to go, Buggy animations, Some enemies forget to fight you

  • Abstract:  Those of us who loved the Ninja Turtles brawler games back in the late '80s and early '90s probably never thought the franchise would get a gritty reboot. But with modernized gameplay, a plot in the style of Nickelodeon's new CGI TMNT cartoon, and real...

  • Abstract:  It’s inevitable; gamers purchasing Turtles in Time Re-Shelled will immediately be jumping into the online cooperative mode that supports the four turtles in ninja action. Taking the action online is superb when it comes to the functionality – it barely...

  • Abstract:  Back in the late 80s and early 90s, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were the hottest thing in America. At least, if you were a little boy. Toys, TV shows, movies, and videogames featuring the turtles were all the rage, and this weeks XBLA release h...

  • Great rental for Achievement whores. Stylistic cutscenes, even if the story they tell is incomprehensible.
  • All of those annoying elements that we thought were gone in the next generation rear their ugly heads. Its too easy for adults, too frustrating for kids.
  • This is a prime example of why people look down on licensed games.

  • Hardcore platforming challenge; commendably nice graphics; cool team-up moves.
  • Stilted combat lacks variety; somewhat annoying sound effects; no Mousers.
  • If you are a human being in the United States born sometime before the new millennium, youve probably heard of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. For a time, it was impossible to escape the merchandising juggernaut of these four green brothers, and it ...

  • A perfect port of the 1989 arcade classic; several achievements to unlock; a low-price blast from the past.
  • Graphics and gameplay both seem dated; thisd style of game has evolved in the last 18 years and this just isnt as fun as it once was.
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles may be worth a look for fans of the franchise or those who played this baby in the arcades all those years ago, but many modern gamers will be turned off by the ugly graphics and repetitive gameplay.

  • Abstract:  Apart from the faithful die hards, nobody has seen much of those martial-arts-practising oversized tortoises that were so big in the eighties, but as is the way of the world, if it was popular in the past it’s worth bringing back for another bite of th...
