  • Limited number of on-screen objects, movement controls are fickle, some objects don’t interact the way you want them to
  • Scribbelnauts is like the [MOLE] on your girlfriend’s face or the undercooked centre of your mom’s [MEATLOAF] -- you accept the imperfections because you love the other aspects of it so much. ...

  • Abstract:  Certainly one of the most innovative games to be produced in a long while, Scribblenauts by developer 5th Cell begins as an utter delight. A puzzle game at heart, the levels are split into action or puzzle challenges, both requiring you to ne...

  • Abstract:  Video games and creativity really go well together these days. The more technology evolves, the more interactive games become, and the more appreciated they are. This is a great thing for us gamers, as it not only helps to develop our imagination, but it...

  • Yes, it might be flawed. Yes, it might have its problems, but only because it is the first to attempt such a feat, and succeed. The inevitable sequel will no doubt fix all these niggles, and more. In the meantime, you would do well not to ignore Scribb...

  • Abstract:  There’s a cat stuck on the roof. It’s been there for hours, yowling its lungs out. It’s almost as annoying as its owner, a young girl who’s too lazy to get it herself. That’s why Maxwell is here; he‘s a problem solver, and it‘s your job to supply him...

  • Abstract:  Scribblenauts, unlike its somewhat confusing title, is blissfully simple. Free of banal narrative distraction and overly complex controls, players step into the shoes of little Maxwell as he strives to tackle more than 200 puzzling situations across a ...

  • Lots of levels to solve. Level creator. Can change your avatar. Can play around on the title screen and test new words/items. Tons of items available.
  • Touch screen controls sometimes fail you. Items may not behave realistically. Timer and “par” hamper creativity in levels. Easy to fall into a lull, using the same items over and over. Physics are off.
