The editors didn't like
The ridiculous number of features and the $999 price tag mean this is a serious invest and what I would have liked is a free cover to hide the plastic back
The ridiculous number of features and the $999 price tag mean this is a serious invest and what I would have liked is a free cover to hide the plastic back.
Screen DPI set too high
Fonts and icons are too large
Notification UI is a mess and needs to be fixed
Samsung's Android customisations may delay updates
Price compared to the competition
Many TouchWIZ features are gimmicks
Gallery app is sluggish
Tricky to hold
Expensive
S Pen still limited
Tacky plastic rear
TouchWiz needs a refresh. High price
More plastic casing
Even if it does have a nicer back than other Galaxy devices
Features the same bugs and crashes from this year's Galaxy-based smartphones in the Australian region (sigh)

Abstract: Hindsight is always 20/20. Remember when Samsung unveiled the original Galaxy Note in IFA 2011, many (maybe even us) questioned the need for a giant-sized smartphone. Not only did it look comical when you held it your ear, it was also not the most portabl...
5.7 inch screen in an incredibly compact space, Removable battery, SPen features are really useful, Device is really light, Screen has excellent contrast and blacks due to it being AMOLED
In our own daily usage test, we used the phone heavily. I set the brightness as low as I could without having to strain my eyes and began the test. I started off by browsing the web for 1 hour on LTE, followed by another hour on WiFi. I then boosted brigh
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a device that everyone should take note of (pardon the pun). The thing is though, it is only a superb phablet. In terms of S-Pen features, note taking capability, and the compactness while having the mammoth screen, the Note 3 ...
Abstract: In the first portion of this Samsung Galaxy Note 3 review, I spent a lot of time engaging the reason why I think the Galaxy Note 3 is the best smartphone of 2013 – and why I think it'll remain the top device throughout the majority of 2014 as well. For me...
