The editors didn't like
The ridiculous number of features and the $999 price tag mean this is a serious invest and what I would have liked is a free cover to hide the plastic back
The ridiculous number of features and the $999 price tag mean this is a serious invest and what I would have liked is a free cover to hide the plastic back.
Screen DPI set too high
Fonts and icons are too large
Notification UI is a mess and needs to be fixed
Samsung's Android customisations may delay updates
Price compared to the competition
Many TouchWIZ features are gimmicks
Gallery app is sluggish
Tricky to hold
Expensive
S Pen still limited
Tacky plastic rear
TouchWiz needs a refresh. High price
More plastic casing
Even if it does have a nicer back than other Galaxy devices
Features the same bugs and crashes from this year's Galaxy-based smartphones in the Australian region (sigh)
Performance, Battery life, Useful S Pen apps, Camera
Weak speaker, Plasticky build
All in all though, despite the little niggles we had with it, there's no denying that the Samsung GALAXY Note 3 is a very impressive device. We haven't even touched on things such as the S Pen and great 13-megapixel rear camera. Samsung have really equip...

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a very capable Android smartphone, and surprised me a lot with its performance. The Snapdragon 800 chipset is perfect for pacifying Samsung's insistence of adding the many, many smart features on the device, which you may or m...
Powerful innards gobble up Android, Your eyes will appreciate the big screen, S Pen is finally very useful
Still too big for constant one-handed use, Design and build could be more premium
Put simply, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is the best phablet in the world right now. Its glorious 5.7in screen pumps out crisp detail and punchy colours while still remaining pretty portable, at least compared to the gargantuan 6.4in Sony Xperia Z Ultra. It h...
Abstract: As the latest and greatest phablet in the Samsung Galaxy Note series, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 offers a better Snapdragon 800 processor, GPU, larger screen and slightly bigger 3200 mAh battery. How does the battery life fare compared to the earlier Samsu...
Abstract: While Malaysia only has the one Snapdragon 800 powered Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phablet, Samsung actually came out with two versions. One was powered by the 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset and processor while the other is running the 1.9GHz Samsung E...
Classleading performance, Smooth TouchWiz UX, Long battery life, Useful S Pen features, Vibrant display
Chrome edges don't instill confidence, Onehanded operation can be difficult for some, Some gimmicky software features, MicroUSB 3.0 connector is unwieldy
Despite coming into the market space brimming with rival offerings, there is beyond a shadow of doubt that the GALAXY Note 3 will outsell the other phablets.Having created the product category in 2011, Samsung has the time and experience to develop and re...
Abstract: It wasn't too long ago when smartphones with large displays were considered impractical simply because of its size. Riding on their success of Galaxy stable of smartphones, Samsung decided to unleash a 5.3inch monster upon the world, and lo, the Galaxy N...
It seems strange saying that a 5.7-inch phablet is in a sweet spot but with 6.4-inch giant phablets nearing 7-inch tablet sizes, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is definitely a sweet-sized phablet. A slimmer and more comfortable design means you can hold it lon...
Samsung GALAXY Note 3 is a good upgrade from Note 2. It is faster, slimmer, bigger, lighter, and bigger battery (not sure about battery life). The S Pen has more functions now.If you are looking for a big smartphone with a smart stylus, I think GALAXY Not...
