Well-organised documentation
An easy setup process

That looks like a Dalek (cool). Performance is realistic with serious maximum throughput figures. Setup is easy thanks to well laid-out instructions

Performed below expectation in a mixed-mode environment
Bombed at long range
Which is supposed to be a strength of the 802.11n spec
Really didn?t deliver up to expectation in a mixed-mode environment with G and B equipment and surprisingly the long range tests
Which is supposed to be a strength of the 802.11n spec were less than impressive.
Best range of any router, New three-antenna design, One-touch security setup
Throughput dropped substantially with 802.11b client present, Need matching PC Card adapter for best results, No guaranteed upgradeability to final 802.11n standard

A reasonable price, solid maximum throughput, well-organized documentation, an easy setup process, essential security features, and a long warranty are the best things about the Linksys WRT300N.
The Linksys WRT300N performed below expectation in a mixed-mode environment and just about bombed at long range, which is supposed to be a strength of the 802.11n spec.
Though it offers good maximum throughput, the Linksys WRT300N ultimately fails to do the new Draft N standard proud in both mixed-mode and long-range tests. Wait to see how the rest of the Draft N products fare. Price range: $93.00 - $151.58

Abstract: The Linksys Wireless N Broadband Router's setup wizard uses diagrams to guide you through the setup process, and the instructions are very clear. However, even though the router was plugged into our test PC with an Ethernet cable, the setup wizard couldn...

Theres no missing the three antennae that sit on top of the Linksys WRT300N router. Two are conventional sticks, while the middle one looks like it was stolen from the head of Dr Whos sidekick, K9. The antennae are fully adjustable, so you can lay th...
One of the better and relatively inexpensive draft-N routers on the market, but it still falls short of the draft-N speed claims. Roger Gann Lowest online price: ££39.99 ...
