Looks like a mini arcade machine, Works with all multiple iPad models, Rubber feet prevent sliding
Expensive, Some games awkward to play, Isn't compatible with all games
If you're stuck in the past or just desperately want to relive the Atari, then Ion's iCade Arcade Cabinet may be the perfect accessory for your iPad. However, the device is overpriced and there are some annoying issues that detract from its overall appeal...

Abstract: The application would come with a classic Nintendo style controller for a better gaming experience. At the moment you can get just about any classic Nintendo rom on your Android as long as your phone is strong enough. However, if you have tried to use the...
High-quality construction. Perfectly responsive. Easy to set up.
Costly. Only one app supported at press time. Noisy. So much for your iPad being sleek.
Everything about this arcade cabinet feels genuine and well-made, but for a hundred bucks, it’s going to take more than nostalgia to get us to bite. We love the iCade, but our advice is to wait until more developers are on board before you drop 400 q...

The retro-style Ion Audio iCade adds Bluetooth arcade controls to your iPad, which easily trumps onscreen virtual joysticks
For a novelty item, the iCade is pricey. For now it only works with Atari's classic game app, and some of the Atari games play awkwardly on a joystick
If your iPad gaming tastes run to classic Atari console and arcade games, the Ion Audio iCade is a fun nostalgic trip. Otherwise wait for more compatible games to be released.

Abstract: The iCade controls work better with the Atari 2600 games, which is unfortunate, because those aren’t nearly as good as the arcade games (and with many of Atari packs, you’ll get both versions to prove it). Control is a...
Abstract: Bluetooth game control for iPad ThinkGeek iPad or iPad 2 $99.99 NoThinkGeek’s iCade is very much an iPad accessory that shouldn’t exist. It’s too impractical to exist. Too bizarre to exist. Too cool to exist. But it does, and it’s the kind of thing th...
Sturdy. Offers arcade-like joystick and buttons. Works well with Atari's Greatest Hits.
Only works with Atari's Greatest Hits on iPad. Atari 2600 games have bizarre button configurations. Takes over the iPad's keyboard.
Atari-loving iPad owners can consider the iCade a must-have accessory, but this sturdy, unique arcade cabinet/iPad dock just won't work with video games made after 1980. Buy it now...
Abstract: The folks out at the Max Borges Agency have sent a lot of great stuff out our way over the last few months, and this time they’re going to send us a product so strange and so impressive that it started out as an April Fool’s joke. We’re talking about...
Abstract: Few things will grab a middle-aged man’s attention like an iPad full of old Atari games and a ball-end joystick. There is something about that specific mix of electronic nostalgia, the promise of adventure, and the experience of sweet limbic release t...
