  • Abstract:  Its simplistic premise is almost ludicrous. Yet, just speaking the title brings a smile to most anyone’s face. Fruit Ninja is a port over from iPod/iPhone/ Android that just had to happen to the full body tracking Kinect for the Xbox 360, so now we hav...

  • Abstract:  How long has Kinect been out? Forever, that's how long, and in all that time we've only had about four or five half-decent games for Microsoft's motion control add-on. The emphasis there is on 'half-decent', and that's not to cast aspersions on those g...

  • Abstract:  Whew! Fruit Ninja Kinect, from Halfbrick, is a work out. Good news everyone! You can now get fit while chopping fruit. If you haven’t played Fruit Ninja in any form yet, I imagine it’s because you’re still playing Angry Birds right? This is another gam...

  • Abstract:  If Fruit Ninja has proven anything during its iPhone tenure, it's that people love to waste time slicing their way through an assortment of juicy produce. For 59p, you can't really go wrong on the touch screen device, a fact reinforced by the game's co...

  • Abstract:  If you own an iOS or an Android mobile device chances are you might already be familiar with Fruit Ninja; a rather mindless game that seems more like a showcase for touchscreen technology than anything else. Considering the whole point of the mobile ga...

  • Abstract:  Fruit Ninja Kinect is pretty great entry for the first Kinect focused XBLA title on Xbox 360. Tossing this in as a Summer of Arcade title was a good choice for Halfbrick and Microsoft, and if you haven't played Fruit Ninja on a mobile platform yet, you...

  • Abstract:  Fruit Ninja is truly a gem on the mobile platform. No matter whether you play the game on your phone, iPod, or tablet, the game's simplistic premise and cheap price tag make it a fun exercise in time-wasting that millions have enjoyed. And like other m...

  • Abstract:  As I type away on my laptop a dull throb is radiating down my upper right arm. The pain has been there for two days now and is only starting to subside now that I have abandoned my Xbox. My training to become a ninja has been thwarted, defeated by mere...

  • Slashing flying fruit is a blast, especially with a coop partner; Kinect works very well throughout; persistent leaderboards keep you anxious and attentive; cheapest Kinect game to date and first on Xbox Live Arcade.
  • Competitive multiplayer feels confining and a bit frustrating; not the meatiest Kinect experience around; despite relative low cost, it's still three times as expensive as nextpriciest (iPad) version.
