The Amana traditional top, loader is less stripped down feature, wise than other agitator, style washers.
Compared to its competitors, this washer is a real water and energy hog.
Even if you are stuck on old-fashioned agitator-style washers, you may be better off with a different model, unless you require the handful of advanced features the Amana offers, such as vibration reduction....
