It's fairly uncommon that a compact comes along that shows true innovation - but the Samsung ST550 is certainly just that. Thanks to its dual LCD screens it's an inspirational camera, so hats off to the Samsung. Sure there're a few small issue...
The front-facing camera is the Samsung ST550’s calling card and it makes Facebook-friendly portraits a breeze to set up. The shots we took looked sharp and it was great to take pics of ourselves and our mates without spinning the camera round and hoping for the best. The full touchscreen on the back means you can easily control the Samsung ST550 with swipes and gestures and also adds a nice sleek
The colours offered by the Samsung ST550 could be a tad more vivid, but then this is a feature-heavy compact, not a DSLR or Bridge camera for pros and enthusiasts. However, it’s hard to find much to quibble about with a camera that offers everything all but the most fastidious of photography fans could want.

Abstract: Yes this camera has a TFT at the front and the back. Not as daft as it sounds if you either want to catch a shot with the image taker in or if you are trying to keep the attention of a young child their own image works wonders....

A massive touchscreen, a second screen for self-portraits and HD video make this the ideal camera for parties and posing for Facebook profile shots. ...
While the photographic performance of this little innovator left me cold, I have to admit that the inclusion of a dual LCD screen does make taking self-portraits an all-together new and more creative experience. For this reason alone, I’d recommend...
I think Samsung could have a winner on its hands with the ST550. Its smart and sleek design will attract the style conscious and it’s great fun to use the secondary LCD screen. I found it made my portrait subjects make more of an effort for the camera....
