The $399.99 starting price is expensive. It's too easy to block the speakers and trigger the capacitive buttons unintentionally when holding the tablet in landscape orientation. Performance lags when using the multiwindow function

The premium specs and high-end feel of the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 make it well worth the high price.
Gorgeous, highres display, Thin and lightweight, Powerful hardware, Main camera takes good photos, Builtin IR blaster lets us control TVs and settop boxes, Comes with the newest Android release, Nice Magazine UX optimized for tablet use
Speakers positioning isn't optimal for multimedia use, Magazine UX can't be turned off
With a starting price of $400 (in the US), the Samsung Galaxy Tab PRO 8.4 is among the most expensive tablets of this caliber. It costs as much as a 2-gen iPad mini and $100 more than an LG G Pad 8.3, for that matter. But is this rather steep price tag...
Abstract: The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has an 8.4", 2560 x 1600 Super Clear LCD. That's the same resolution as top 10" Android tablets, and that translates into super high pixel density and text and graphics that are razor sharp. It's one of the best tablet displ...
Abstract: When the Galaxy TabPRO and Galaxy NotePRO line of tablets was first introduced in Las Vegas last month , it was met with a subdued reception: Samsung, after all, seems to announce tablets in brand new sizes and spec configurations on an increasingly-regul...

Bright screen with natural colours, Good reading comfort, Decent camera, Good finish, Lightweight
Default interface is heavy and with few interesting features, The 'Pro' software suite is quite limited, Up against the moreappealing Tab S 8.4
Smaller than the Tab Pro 10.1 and cheaper than the Tab S 8.4, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 occupies a very small niche. But then it's typical of Samsung to offer a product for every possible occasion. Fans of this small format will be won over by the Tab Pro 8....

The screen and the spec are excellent. It's lovely and light, and seriously thin too.
The businessstyle apps and UI need to be refined and the main camera is a bit of a let down
So, near and yet so far. It's a very nice tablet for fun and games but business side of things needs rethinking. Still a good buy but far from perfect....

Terrific screen, powerful processor, slim and sturdy build
On the pricey side
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro a very good mid-sized tablet, but so is the Google Nexus 7 , and it costs a good £100 less. Still, for a midrange tablet you get a stonking screen and extremely powerful processor with a pretty good camera thrown in. Not bad a...
