Abstract: To a certain extent, I was perfectly fine living in the land of blissful ignorance with respect to Resident Evil 4 VR. But after hearing such great things about it — and seeing it in action with clips that really show off the heightened sense of player fr...

Resident Evil 4's frightening world is amplified through the lens of VR, Combat is versatile and invigorating, while still feeling tense and stressful, Reaffirms RE4 as a classic, while making it a must-own Oculus Quest 2 game, Built from the ground up in
Some boss fights don't translate as well in VR, Controlling mobs of enemies can feel a bit clumsy and overwhelming, Though forgivable, lack of Mercenaries Mode is a bit of a bummer
Armature has put a lot of love into making Resident Evil 4 VR a fresh action-horror experience. From the reworked and extremely flexible controls to making puzzles less of a chore and more fun to interact with, the thoughtful changes here make it an easy...

Abstract: While Capcom may have moved on, I never stopped thinking about Resident Evil 7‘s VR mode. Out of the now-hundreds of VR games I've played to date across multiple devices, it was the only one where I took my headset off to take a breather. It was a rare in...
Fully redesigned gameplay for VR, 1st-/3rd-person switches handled well, Long campaign offers plenty of value, Combat is more fun, challenging than non-VR, Classic boss battles and set pieces, Plenty of gameplay customization options
Bizarre choice to cut dialogue, No Ada campaign or Mercenaries mode, Visuals are dated

Abstract: Ubisoft Resident Evil 4 is an ActionAdventure developed by Capcom and released by Ubisoft. Capcom has a habit of creating endless amounts of games based on a specific franchise. Usually each game is very good but is just another Resident Evil-Street F...
Abstract: When I played Resident Evil 4 on the GameCube for the first time about a year ago, I was blown away by the graphics, controls and overall story. Being mostly a first-person horror fan (i.e. Doom 3, F.E.A.R.) this was my first crack at a third-person ho...
Fun, challenging, and exciting game play; great sound; good price.
Poor graphics; no mouse aim; needs a gamepad to be played effectively.
Despite a terrible porting job and all the problems that come with that, enough of what makes Resident Evil 4 a great game survives to make it worth your time.

Easily the best Resident Evil game ever; all the extras from the PS2 version included; high replayability.
Clearly a rushed port; 2D graphics not touched up; no mouse support!; random crashes.
There are a number of great injustices in this world and wed be remiss to compare them with the shortcomings of a video game. But while Ubisofts port of Resident Evil 4 may not be that terrible in the grand scheme of things, it is an injustice in the...
Abstract: Unless youve been hibernating in a PC bunker for the last two years, youve probably played this one already. It hit GameCube in early 2005 and blasted onto the PS2 later that year with a deflated price point and extra content. Now its 2007, Resident...
