First off
This isn't the HTC Sensation review — that's coming in a few days once I've spent some more quality time with the device. For now I'm giving you my initial thoughts on what is to become HTC's flagship device. Just like all phones it has its pro
Overall the HTC Sensation is certainly a very impressive piece of kit. From the design through the display
Hardware and software
HTC has created a topoftheline superphone that looks set to compete with and even outclass the other dual core phones heading our way like the Samsung Galaxy S II
The LG Optimus 2X and the Motorola Atrix.

“death-grip” does kill Wi-Fi in some normal use
HTC have their own channel in the Market which removes the “your apps” icon
We've always known Sense UI to be a more complete user interface (UI) in comparison to any other custom Android UI currently available. You've got tonnes of cool widgets that all look nice and do a great job at what they're meant to do (show weather

Of course
The big question remains
With all these phones
Do we need all that power? We're still erring on the side of saying no we'd rather have longer battery life
Better quality cameras
Shutter buttons for said cameras
Improved call quality
Etc. But
Maybe we'll change out minds once some new and amazing apps and games start to take full advantage of all that power we can't wait for that

Abstract: Next up in the mobile phone big league is the HTC Sensation. Making its debut into the Indian market only very recently, it’s the latest edition to the Dual Core enabled smartphones and is out to give LG’s Optimus 2X and the Galaxy S II a run for t...
Brilliant user interface, Near perfect build quality and hardware
Poor battery life, Screen in bright sunlight is not as good as competition
The phone is a HTC flagship and as such we had high expectations from it, and we would say we are not disappointed. But, the HTC Sensation lacks just a little bit when we compare it with the Samsung Galaxy SII, in terms of performance, as both of them are...
Good overall build quality, High resolution display is killer for text and browsing, Packed to the gills with features, Dual core processor makes it quite snappy while future proofing
Display should have had a better blackness level and contrast, Battery life is lower than we expected, The antenna is weak, and the Sensation tends to lose signal easily, It feels solid, but some parts of the build seem sloppy
Abstract: Samsung Galaxy SII (Rs 30,000): at a time when most sequels (Like Hangover 2) didn't quite measure up here's one that actually works. Hot on the heels of the Samsung blockbuster Galaxy S comes the SII with its bold 4.27 inch ‘Super Amoled Plus' display, a...

The Sensation will be HTC's hero device for the coming few months and I won't be surprised if it still remains the benchmark for Android smartphones till the end of this year, which says a lot considering smartphones running on Android are dethroned in a ...
Abstract: There's a new king of Android Hill, clad in a sleek metal and rubber housing that looks like an offcut from Batman's breastplate, with a super-high resolution screen and exceptionally smooth Gorilla Glass. Yes, the HTC Sensation is rather good. But it's an...

In many ways the HTC Sensation is outstanding. The metal build is exactly what we expect from a smartphone of this calibre. Performance is exceptionally good, loading programs quickly, ensuring the phone never feels slow. HTC Sense is great too; sure ther...
Abstract: Dual core-powered smartphones seem to be more and more of a de facto ever since a bevy of them were announced by a number of smartphone manufacturers at CES and various tech shows earlier this year. With more and more manufacturers opting for dual core pr...
A Good BlendAs smartphones continue to break the barriers of multi-core processors and faster clock speeds, some distinguish themselves from the competition. The HTC Sensation is one such example. Its solid build quality and 148g weight does well in portra...
