Excellent customised exercises
Wide range of exercises and sports that really put you through your paces
Strict workout regimens keep you interested
Can be very challenging
Especially if you're not aerobically fit

The generic create-a-character and bland song list won’t inspire you
The game will also keep you stuck in painful positions from time to time.
Resistance bands are a little weak
Some exercises aren't great without the optional Wii Balance Board
