  • The Cooler Master HAF XB LAN Box is the latest product in the HAF series of cases. It is billed as both a LAN box and a test bench. At first I wasn't quite sure what to think of it, but after reviewing this case I think Cooler Master has a solid product o...

  • There are some cool aspects that make the Cooler Master HAF XB well worth the average price of $99. One of which is that it’s really neat change from the typical enclosures on the market and it’s different enough from the BitFenix Prodigy that it’s rea...

  • I really think Cooler Master is onto something here with this design. The layout isn't really anything new when you considering last test bench designs. What makes it unique is that it is a real case. This means you have easy access to swapping out produ...

  • Excellent design means you get good looks and easy hardware installs. Cubelike figure, orientation make for an awesome test bed. Good value.
  • Still big and bulky. Only two 3.5" bays. Heat management not its strongest suit.
  • In a world dominated by rectangular mid-towers, the HAF XB's squarish design is refreshing, and the fact that Cooler Master pulled it off without any major drawbacks makes this a very attractive option for gamers on the go or enthusiasts with a taste for...

  • Abstract:  I'm a tinkerer, I can't help it. I love digging around in the innards of my PC to see how it ticks, or, more often, why it isn't ticking. Cooler Master's chassis design bods are obviously tinkerers too, because they've just announced the new HAF XB case.N...

  • If you've read the full review or even just skimmed through it you'll know by now that we're quite taken with the HAF XB. Not a standard affair by any means, and indicative of Cooler Masters design flair that they feel confident enough to stir the pot ...

  • Very good price, Well shuffled interior, Large handles make it quite easy to transport, Three panels of the case can be removed, Removable motherboard tray, Two hard drive hot-swap bay with well-engineered trays, Can hold four additional 2.5" and two 5.25
  • Not as accessible as pure test benches, 2.5" bays hard/nearly impossible to fill, No USB 2.0 - may be of interest for testers, Screw-less system does not work that well for ODDs, No dust filter on some intake fan locations, Rear motherboard area recessed,
  • The Cooler Master HAF XB clocks in at a good price right out of the gates - even as a traditional chassis and not a test bench. The fact that it is also intended as a bench means that Cooler Master aimed to combine the best of both worlds, and they hav...

  • We think the HAF XB is a very unique product. It won't be for everybody though, but the once that do like to carry around high-end gear towards a LAN party, well, it won't get and handier then this mate. The chassis could function as a test bench as well...

  • The Cooler Master HAF XB to be honest is cheap as hell for a chassis of its quality. Sturdy, solid builds are hard to find in this price range without the loss of some feature or another. On a technical perspective, you get just the right amount of bays...

  • Abstract:  Video Review: The Cooler Master HAF XB Case is a very unique case because of its styling. The square design allows easy access to the inside of the case, two 120mm fans are included & many more can be installed, there are hot swap bays, a 240mm radia...
