The editors liked

  • Stunning cinematics and visuals
  • Online and skirmish modes extend playability.
  • Runs well and looks good
  • New
  • Additional side
  • GDI
  • Nod and Scrin campaigns
  • Old school C&C gameplay.

The editors didn't like

  • Questionable A.I
  • Redundant infantry. The Final Word Command & Conquer 3 is a welcome return of the C&C brand and a fitting conclusion to the Tiberium trilogy. One of the finest RTS games to date.
  • Tank rush still the best strategy
  • Average script
  • Feels a bit simple.

  • Abstract:  Much like Tiberium, graphically the C&C universe has surely seen its own evolution over the years. Things are in tip-top condition, the units, buildings, environments and general aftermath of weaponry are gorgeous. Tiberium itself looks seductive it ...

  • It’s free! Not only that but there is lots to get stuck into and it’s far more forgiving on your PC’s hardware than say, Supreme Commander!
  • Some online features would have been nice but for a single player demo we couldn’t really ask for much more!
  • So to conclude by answering our original question; is it worth you downloading this demo? Well, simply put, yes it is! As we have mentioned you get a detailed look at how the game works, an introduction to the plot, a glimpse at the majesty of the engi...

  • Abstract:  This follow-up to the grandaddy of real-time strategy is making an embarrassing attempt to look down with the kids, and also showing its many rivals how to have fun. Twelve years on from the original Command & Conquer, the formula has barely changed...

  • Tiberium Wars isnt as innovative as some of its rivals, but Command & Conquer has never been known for novelty. Instead, this game does what the series has always done best: providing the most enjoyable real-time strategy experience around, via excel...

  • Abstract:  Those of us who’ve been playing games for some time now fondly remember the classic Command & Conquer games produced by Westwood in the mid-90s. Since the takeover of EA and the move to 3D the original magic has been lost. The previous C&C game – Gener...
