Sounds good with voice memos; three-position gain switch allows you to record both quiet and loud audio; built-in speaker.
No line-in; switch hard to move; could use in-between gain settings; speaker quiet and tinny; too easy to disconnect mic from dock connector. Min specs: Compatible with iPod nano 2G, 3G, 4G, iPod classic, iPod 5G.
