Abstract: Assassin's Creed Revelations Review1 2 3 The Animus is gaming's greatest get-out clause. Invisible walls, erratic NPC behaviour, narrative inconsistencies and technical snafus can all be explained away by the fact that you're merely experiencing a (mos...
Abstract: Ezio, Ezio, wherefore art thou Ezio? After the sprawling adventures of the young Italian in Assassin's Creed II and the slightly less grand adventure chasing the Borgias in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, we can finally say goodbye to the now grizzled...
Abstract: Few could have imagined how far Assassin’s Creed would go based solely on the first game. Four years, four installments, sans the various spin-offs on handheld, and who could have predicted where the story would lead us? From Desmond to Altair, and the...
Despite adding a number of features, Assassin's Creed Revelations is very similar to its predecessors, and that's both its biggest strength and weakness. There's nothing wrong with Assassin's Creed. It's a great franchise with unique, compelling and we...

Refined control scheme makes this the most fluid, freerunning Ezio, Combat is enjoyable and satisfying, More choice than any previous Assassin's game, with more ways to move around and more variety in combat
Storyline not easy to follow, Desmond sections and towerdefence game add nothing
Despite my veritable tirade of negativity in parts of this review, Revelations remains a dramatic and exhilarating experience at its best. It's just hard to ignore the fact that this could have easily been released as a cut-price expansion of Brotherhood...
